The Problem
Cecilia had just redesigned her packaging. Textured paper, silver foil, a refined monogram. It was the kind of packaging you keep. Then you visited the website. It didn't feel like the same brand. It didn't show the science, the 50-year family legacy, or the ritual behind every product. It felt like it could belong to anyone.

The Approach

Their site didn't reflect what made CHB special: the ritual, the sensuality, the scientific precision behind natural formulas.

Cecilia sells internationally. Her customers need to feel the product before they buy it. The old site showed them a product listing. We built them a world.
